Feste or festivals in Germany come thick and fast. Everyone likes an excuse for a party! None comes bigger than the Oktoberfest in Munich in the S.E. of Germany. Strange name because the festival always starts in September! This year the 16 day long Oktoberfest runs from September 18th-October 4th.
